Welcome to Metz Catering at Florida A&M University! We know that every event needs its own personality and atmosphere. Our team is willing to work with you to achieve the right ambiance, perfect menu, and best setting for your event. If there are selections not listed on this guide that you would like to have at your event, please do not hesitate to contact the Catering Services team, who will be more than willing to discuss your preferences with you.

Changes due to COVID-19:

v  All catering events will be required to be served or pre-packaged. This includes beverages.

v  Catering setups will require space that allows for required social distancing including capacity as mandated by the State of Florida (service of patrons to no more than 50% of the seating capacity of the dining area)

v  Seating will adhere to appropriate social distancing with tables separated by at least 6 feet.

v  Parties seated at a single table to 10 or fewer patrons

v  We will provide sanitizer at entry points for all events.

v  Staff will wear gloves and masks at all events

v  Serving times for food and beverage will be limited to one (1) hour of service. This does not include setup and breakdown.

Your safety and the safety of your guests and our staff is our top priority. As things change in the world, we will continue to make adjustments to our serving standards and keep everyone up to date.
